Hi, everybuddy! It's me, Patches. My mom says I am starting some bad habits since I am the only doggie around here, now! As soon as my mom goes out the door, I howl like a coyote howling at the moon. I can see her out in the front yard, but I can't get to her, so I howl. I never did that when there were three of us or even two of us! Maybe I'm just lonely!
I know these pictures are screwed up again, but I will tell you what they are! The first one is Poppy, Penny and Dad's final resting place (ok it isn't really FINAL, because eventually, we will all to go a vault in Ohio. We are hoping that will be a loooooong time from now.
The second picture is a gorgeous candle holder with a candle that my mom got from the Airedale Rescue Group in honor of Penny. The Airedale Rescue Group is where I came from...well, sort of! My mom and Aunt Wendy were volunteering for them on that wonderful day that I was set free and then came here to Airedale Heaven! We send a big "Thank You"! to all our friends in the Airedale Rescue Group!
This last picture is ME! I'm getting very close to needing my furs cut, but Mom wants to wait as long as possible because I don't get fur cuts in the winter time. Yeah, I know this is Georgia, but we do get some really cold weather in the wintertime!
Until next time,
Aire-hugs,
Patches!

Hi Patches, I understand why you're howling. And I know you can't really help it. Things just kind of take over. So here's a note to your mom. When it's time, please go out and bring home some more Airedales. Maybe 3 more so that there will be 4 in the house. It's how we ended up with 4 here. (Don't forget there are the 5B's out there).
The candle and holder is just beautiful. That was very thoughtful of the Airedale Rescue Group.
Maybe one day you'll get a new sissy, Patches!
Love ya lots
Maggie and Mitch
The candle is lovely, and we gots my grandpa on the mantle now, but he is going to go be with my gramma (who I didn't meet, but I know she was nice anyway) early next month.
We loves you

Patches what a beautiful candle holder from the Airedale Rescue Group. A wonderful gift for you to remember Penny.
Howling is one of the things Airedales do best! I bet your voice is beeyouteefull!
Miss Patches will you tell your Mommy that we have been preparing for a trip next month, and we have been super busy. We still would like to come to visit you when we get back. I love singing also.

Hi Patches,
We howl too when Mum goes out without us. We also howl when we're in the car and we see a puppy we want to say 'hello' to. We also howl with the ambulance siren .... we quite like howling.
Perhaps another Airepup needs rescueing soon! Fingers crossed.

Oh Patches, love...it's hard when your mom goes out of sight!! We have been thinking of you and of Penny and Poppy. What a lovely cup from Airedale Rescue...and what a good day for you when you and your mom met up! We know how much your Auntie Wendy has been there for you and your mom...we wish we were closer to you!
And Stan knows all about that Dale cut bit...Mumsie wasn't thinkin' when she had them do the "usual"...he better grow a good crop of fur soonest!
Love to you!
Lacie and Scruff and Stan too!
Thinking of you Patches,
Big hugs ;-) Gypsy x
Ohhh poor Patches.. you are just feeling a little lonely, aren't you. (((hugs))) Don't worry, we have a nagging feeling you may just get yourself a little sibling someday when your mom is ready and the time is right. Hang in there ok, and look after your mom.
It must be hard to be an only dog all of the sudden. I hope you adjust soon.
Nubbin wiggles & hugs,
Oskar
