Wheely Wednesday!....and we are meatitarians!

Hello everydoggie, kitty, hammie, bear and hooman! It's me, Peaches! I got sprung from the china cabinet, today, to tell you all about what is going on around here. Our mom bought this set of wheels, at a yard sale, so I could be a wheelie, but as you can see, they are a little too small for me. I can still use it as a scooter and it's very handy for taking other critters for a sight-seeing tour of the house.
Patches is in lounging mode, today. At least, when this picture was taken, she had stopped her campaign of non-stop bitey face for a little rest.

Poppy has been taking lessons from some of the Husky's on how to pose for pictures. Every time Mom went to take her picture, she looked away so Mom finally MADE her look at the camera. She's a little easier to catch than Patches is. Mom tries to grab Patches to put the hot spot medicine on her and Patches escapes almost every time. ALMOST, but not quite EVERY time! We thought her hot spots were getting better, but yesterday, we found out the one right in front of her tail is still there. Too bad for Patches...the medicine will be coming her way 3 times a day until it's all gone. I'm sure glad I don't get those nasty hot spots!

Patches got up from her lounging time when Mom started up Robbie the Roomba. He kept running into her leggies, so she finally decided to move. None of us try to kill the Roomba, we just want to make sure we know where it is at all times. Ya know...just in case it tries to suck up one of our tails or something.

Here's Robbie stealing lots of our Aire-hair from the kitchen floor. Our mom wishes they made a floor WASHING version of a Roomba. Maybe someday, Mom! They probably make one, but she would have to use all of our treat money to buy one. If anydog knows who makes one, let's not tell our mom!

Poppy's having serious talk with Robbie. She says he keeps running into her leggies and she doesn't like it one bit. I heard her tell him that if he had something sticking out of him, she would bite it. He's too round and flat for her to get a good grip on. In this picture, Poppy's hair is all standing on end. Just before this, she was outside and our mom blew her off with the 150 mph leaf blower. Mom was blowing pine straw off the back yard and Poppy kept asking to be blown off, so Mom did it. She just stands there and gets blown off and then she turns around to do the other side. What a weirdo!

Wendy's has a new commercial on the TV where some guy says he's a meatitarian. We've decided that's what WE are! We aren't much into vegetables or stuff like that, but we'll take all the meat we can get. Less spaghetti and more meatballs! That's what we always say! Our mom thinks that she might like to be a vegetarian, but sometimes she gets a Big Mac attack and just HAS to go to McDonalds. So much for that vegetarian thingy, Mom!
Well, I'm headed back to the china cabinet now. Next Wheely Wednesday, Petey, PorkChop and I are going to flip a coin to see who does the post. I sure hope I can find my 2 headed coin!
Aire-hugs,
Peaches (and Poppy, Penny & Patches too)

Those are cool wheels ya got there.
You know what? My mum puts Neosporan on Gizmo's hottie spots and they disappear like within a day. Or atleast he stops itching and biting at them. It Works

Wow, We still have the mental picture of Poppy being blown off by the 150mph leaf blower!?!?!?! And she likes it. Oh please, can we see a video of that sometime???? We're amazed. (By the way, that would come in handy for blowin off most of the water after a bath)

I think we'd try to attack a Roomba. Mom wants to know if those things really work.
Wow, a leaf blower....

Mom wants one of those roombas, do they work pretty well? I'd like to be a meatatarian but I like cheese way too much :)

For all of you who want to know how the Roomba works...it works great, but it doesn't do as well as I'd like around the baseboards. It saves a lot of time because all I need the big vacuum for is around the edges! The main reason I got it was for under the beds. It gets all the Aire-hair that I can't see or get with the regular vacuum. And Noah, I probably COULD live without it, but would rather not!

Aire-hugs,
Mom to the 3 P's

I'm also a meatitarian! I really don't care much for veggies, either!
My Mom said it'd be cool to get one of those Robbie things, but then she saw how I attacke the regular vacuum and decided it was too expensive for the amount of time it would last in my house.

Hey is Robbie strong enough for me to stand on and get a free ride? I could sorta use it as my personal taxi ... "Robbie - Kitchen please!" or "Robbie - take me to the next person who will rub my belly!" .... maybe not!

Cheers

We love your scooter, Peaches! How fast can you make it go?
I know I wouldn't like the leaf blower! I can't stand dad's aire-compressor! Mitch said he'd give it a go and see how it felt!

Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch

The Roomba looks like fun! Does it just bounce around off the walls until it's vacuumed all the floor?

Hey guys thanks for dropping in and seeing our pictures. We were up set because they don't allow dogs to walk the Big Mac. May be if we had a scooter like yours we could have gone.

Where did your mommy get the Robbie Roomba? We sure need one of those in our house. What fun I could have chasing that thing around the kitchen!! Leaf blowers scare the dickens out of me. Poppy is very brave, that's for sure!!

We think we're everythingtarians! But Tuchuck may be an appletarian! :) While we're at it, we'd like to add that we totally support the impulse to lounge. Though we do like the idea of wheeled, too!

It sounds like there is a lot of skin yuckies going around right now! It's because of the heat and humidity the vet says...but I don't care, I think it still sucks!

I hope the spots go away soon! I just got my special bath for my skin bumps yesterday, and it felt awesome!

Maybe some meat for your meatatarianism will help those spots go away a little quicker!

Slurp!

I think if we had one of those Roomba things around the house one of us (either me or the cats) would kill it. Not intentionally of course (well, maybe the cats would)...

That Robbie the Roomba looks like a funny guy!

Hey P-Girls!

I hope the hot spots get taken care of. I DO love the idea of the leaf blower. Wind, to me, is my friend, and I can TOTALLY imagine Poppy standing by for her blow dry of Aire dry or whatever it was!

Robbie would be problematic here in GooberStan. I don't care for most vacuums or mowers, so I'm not so sure Robbie the Rumba would be safe here. I admire your fortitude and patience with him, girls!

Naturally, I agree with you on the meatatarian issue. If I had it MY way that is all I would eat (except for occassional scoops of peamuttbutter)! Viva el carne!

Goober love & smooches,
Stanley
